What it does
BD Radar is an aeon skill: Business-development radar across your product family - find who's building, forking, integrating, and mentioning your products, ranked into a who-to-talk-to-this-week lead list. Like every aeon skill it is one SKILL.md prompt file that runs unattended on your own GitHub Actions, on a schedule or when you trigger it, and sends what it finds to Telegram, Discord, Slack or email.
The north-star is builders shipping on your products. BD signal - a fork that actually runs, a repo that ships an extension on top of you, someone asking "can I integrate", a project quote-tweeting one of your handles - arrives scattered across GitHub, X, HN and Reddit, and usually reaches the operator weeks late, through the timeline, after the moment to engage has passed. bd-radar is the standing sweep that catches each inbound the day it appears and turns it into a named lead with a suggested next move - so you reach out while it's warm. This is "chase users, investors follow" wired into cron.
Input: the var setting
Every aeon skill takes one optional text input, var, set in aeon.yml or typed in when you run it by hand. It picks the target or the mode for that run.
Optional. dry-run skips notify (state + leads still update). Empty = normal run.
What it needs
Besides the model you connected to aeon, BD Radar uses the following. Add secrets as GitHub Actions secrets on your aeon repo, or in Aeon Connect.
